THE SITE;
PAPER AIRPLANE was previously known as Blue Moon Pixels. The name change was simply because three years passed since the site first opened, I've grown up and grown to dislike the name over time.
The name PAPER AIRPLANE was inspired by a song called Moment by the awesome Toshiyuki Morikawa, particularly this quote, "Scraps of paper become an airplane."
The site first opened on Aprtil 08, 2004 on Geocities. In August 2004, it moved to Angeltowns, and stayed there until Angeltowns deleted it without notice. I threw together an "Under Construction" page on the old Geocities address, and went on hiatus.
I returned from hibernation on July 13, 2005 and reopened the site on Geocities.
On September 20th, 2005, Cec offered to host me. The site moved to its current address on September 24th, 2005.
On May 05, 2007 the site was renamed PAPER AIRPLANE, re-opened, and that's what you're looking at now.
Also, yes, PAPER AIRPLANE is supposed to be written in capital letters. Please do not ask why, as my reasoning isn't important to anyone other than myself.
THE LEGEND;
The Pyrotechnical Wizard of Doom™ behind PAPER AIRPLANE is Lin, also known as Ash, Maclin, and Eenaa.
While I'm the person behind PAPER AIRPLANE, I make sure not to stand too close to the plane's engines. Those things can blow cars away.
My birthday is on February 18, so if you want to send a gift, you're more than welcome.
The only other things you need to know are that I like airplanes, am an amateur photographer, am a fan of the coolest manga out there, Haru wo Daiteita, and that I'm a Yu-Gi-Oh! fan.
Yes, I have a Livejournal. No, I won't tell you what it is.
